About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Finance Adviser to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in finance and gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems/tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
