Open House: Graduate Renewable Energy Engineer (Pipeline Program) – Mott Macdonald Thailand
Mott MacDonald Thailand is recruiting future Graduate Renewable Energy Engineers through a dedicated early‑talent pipeline designed to develop high‑potential students into full‑time Graduate Engineers upon completion of their degree. Our Bangkok office serves as the East Asia hub for our renewable energy business, supporting the region’s fast‑growing clean energy market. We are recognised for our expertise in delivering commercial, technical, and advisory services across solar, wind, future fuels, and other renewable energy technologies.
As a pioneer in renewable energy consultancy, our focus is on delivering excellence, technical quality, and sustainable impact. Through this pipeline program, selected students and young professionals will gain hands‑on project exposure, structured learning, mentoring from global experts, and access to industry‑leading digital tools—all designed to prepare you for a seamless transition into our Graduate role.
You will also be part of the vibrant Mott MacDonald Graduate community, which provides technical seminars, mentoring, networking opportunities, and holistic early‑career development support.
The Opportunity
This early‑talent pipeline is designed for 3rd–4th year engineering students and fresh graduates who aspire to build their career in renewable energy consultancy. Through this role, you will:
Contribute to renewable energy projects across Thailand, East Asia, and international markets.
Be part of a structured development path leading toward our full‑time Graduate Engineer role.
Receive close mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance from senior renewable energy specialists.
Work with advanced software and real‑time technical tools used across Mott MacDonald globally.
Explore various renewable technologies, including solar, wind, low carbon energy, energy storage, and future fuels.
Build practical insights through site visits, live project support, and regional collaboration.
Grow your capabilities across both technical engineering and broader competencies such as project management and stakeholder engagement.
This role is ideal for students seeking long‑term growth with the intention to continue with us as a Graduate Renewable Energy Engineer after graduation.
