In this business partnership role, you will oversee a small team that supports people advisory and talent acquisition for Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan in close partnership with country managers and local market leaders. You will also be responsible for driving governance on people processes, with a focus on privacy and data security and champion our Code, PRIDE values and inclusion culture. You will also guide the talent acquisition advisors by providing guidance on sourcing strategies and ensuring compliance with our talent acquisition frameworks and benchmarking principles.

There will be an expectation to take on a unit project lead or project contributor role to deliver Asia-wide or country-specific people projects, working closely with the wider Asia HR and Business stakeholders.
