Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Civil Tender along with BOQ, Technical specifications based on the standard norms/thumb rules and preliminary design/ drawing given by lead engineer for estimation purpose
• Technical Co-ordination & Alignment with the client for CSA Tender jointly involving Lead engineer
• Resolution of all queries from various civil contractors jointly involving Lead Engineers
• Carry out Technical Bid Analysis & Commercial Bid Analysis jointly involving Lead Engineers
• Carry out design and detailing of Storm water drains, sewer drains jointly involving lead engineers
• Preparation of Process/Effluent drains based on the inputs /Civil scope drawings received from Process and Piping jointly involving lead engineers
• Review of Extra Item rates other than BOQ jointly with Lead engineer, Client and Civil Contractors
• Sending the response of any site query related to above-mentioned items of work well in time. Review & approval of technical data sheets, mix designs, test results and any other construction related RFI
• Making site visits as & when required by Client for resolution of any CSA BOQ line items, SWD, Sewer drains, Process drains, Site grading, Boundary walls ONLY
• Conducting the training to the engineers working in QS Teams about design & detailing of Storm water drain, sewer drain & Process drains

Essential Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Civil Engineer (BE) from reputed university / institute with professional work experience
• Good communication skill and inter-discipline coordination skill.
• Team player
• Conversant with Indian and International Standards and local statutory norms
