Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance.

 

As part of Anglian Water’s @one Alliance, we are on a mission to create a sustainable and resilient future for water. With an ambitious £2.3 billion capital investment in AMP8, we are revolutionising infrastructure, sustainability, and digital transformation to protect the environment and support growing communities

To lead us through our journey of Engineering evolution and define the future of engineering in the water sector, we’re seeking a transformational Senior Engineering Manager

 

What You’ll Be Leading

  • Strategic planning & transformation initiatives
  • Embracing innovation – from AI to DfMA to nature-based solutions
  • Supporting an ambitious recruitment and resourcing strategy
  • Driving performance, quality, consistency & delivery excellence
  • Building an inclusive, collaborative and forward-thinking culture
  • Supporting the Engineering Director to manage operations, risk and growth
  • Championing sustainability, health & safety, and continuous improvement
  • Representing the @one Alliance within the sector and beyond

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Project & change management experience (qualification desirable)
  • Proven leadership in engineering, operations, and transformation
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and empower others
  • Strong experience in improving performance through innovation
  • Passion for sustainability, safety and creating long-term impact
