Job description :- 

  • Graduate or Post graduate in civil engineering with 10 to 12 years of experience
  • Experience of interfacing with multiple stakeholders, both within the client organisation and externally to the organisation I.e garment factories
  • Knowledge of the design / construction supervision of large scale industrial buildings (preferably having experience of the maintenance and inspections of buildings pertaining to textile/ spinning/ garment industry)
  • The ability to travel across India and also, overseas if necessary for garment factory inspections or meetings
  • Being fluent in communication in English and Hindi (South Indian languages will be an advantage)
  • Arrange for and conduct meetings with cotton/garment factory owners to drive forward resolution of structural issues and remediation works
  • IT literate with applied knowledge of software such as Microsoft suite of, Microsoft projects etc.
  • Have experience and in-depth knowledge of maintaining a programme of works, including the planning of works related to inspections, meetings, submission of reports, follow up inspections etc.
  • Support in the preparation of weekly or monthly reporting of progress, KPI's, ongoing risks and challenges to both internal programme leads and the client programme manager.
  • Position is based on agile working arrangement.
