Enhancing our employee ownership model

Mott MacDonald has enhanced its employee ownership model to give people a stake in the success of the business and a greater voice to shape its future.

Already one of the largest wholly employee-owned companies globally, Mott MacDonald plans, designs, delivers and maintains the transport, energy, water, buildings and wider infrastructure, with its teams present in over 50 countries around the world.

The company is currently helping to deliver some of the most complex projects in the world, including HS2, the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn, New York, Singapore’s Changi Airport Terminal 5, and the Borumba Pumped Hydro Project in Queensland.

James Harris, executive chair of Mott MacDonald, said: "Ensuring that our people can benefit from our employee ownership is the right way to modernise our business. It is their talent, innovation and commitment that drives the value we create for our clients and communities we serve. That’s why our updated model gives everyone a stake in our success and a greater voice to shape our future.”
