Freddie Fuller joins Mott MacDonald as Development Manager for North America

Freddie Fuller has joined Mott MacDonald as development manager for North America. Based in Arlington, Virginia, Freddie will drive development, foster client relations, and deliver Mott MacDonald’s growth strategy across the US and Canada.

A proven leader and a true public servant, Freddie brings almost 30 years of experience to the role. His career has been focused on the transportation industry, developing policies and procedures to enhance the delivery of transit services. Freddie joins us from Jacobs where he most recently served as senior vice president and executive director of sales, east central focused on the growth strategy for transportation, water, and built environment markets.

Freddie serves as the Immediate Past National Chair of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and is a former Secretary/Treasurer of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA).

Freddie earned an undergraduate degree in Urban Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, and two master's degrees from Georgia Tech in City Planning and Civil Engineering.
