Mott MacDonald’s appointment to three Lots demonstrates the breadth and depth of its capabilities.
The MCF4 agreement is designed to provide public sector bodies with streamlined access to high-quality, cost-effective consultancy services. MCF4 enables organisations across central government, local authorities, health, education and other public services to engage expert consultants across a wide range of specialisms.
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2023/24, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £4.9bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
As a named supplier on MCF4, Mott MacDonald will offer a range of services directly to government organisations for up to two years, ensuring a seamless route for public sector bodies to access its advisory capacity underpinned by its multidisciplinary expertise.
Andy Moulds, strategic advisory lead at Mott MacDonald, commented:
“The team is incredibly proud to have been named as a supplier on three Lots of the MCF4 agreement, reflecting our growth strategy in advisory capability. We specialise in supporting government and public sector organisations, bringing our leading infrastructure and consultancy expertise in wider circles to projects that deliver lasting benefits to communities across the UK. Over the next two years, we look forward to helping build a more resilient, inclusive and sustainable future for all of us.”
Mott MacDonald’s inclusion in MCF4 builds on its successful track record under previous CCS frameworks and reflects its alignment with key government priorities, including net zero, digital transformation, economic growth and public service reform.
