Carmen Peraita Sanz

Carmen Peraita Sanz is a technical director for consultancy at Mott MacDonald. With a career predominantly spent client-side in senior leadership roles, she has designed and led numerous transformation programmes. Over the past four years, Carmen has been instrumental in helping Transport for London (TfL) realise its vision for the Elizabeth line: working smarter, improving job quality and facilitating strategic decisions through better use of technology and data. She implemented an enterprise architecture approach to transition the Elizabeth line from construction to operational environments and continues to develop team capabilities, organisational structure, as well as system architecture to ensure efficient and effective railway and asset management.
