She is passionate about mentoring, diversity and making asset management more visible and inspiring to the next generation. Her work champions innovation and inclusivity, helping to reshape the narrative around infrastructure and its impact. Dominika’s leadership style is grounded in purpose, empowerment and a deep commitment to building resilient, future-ready asset management practices.

Dominika is also passionate about supporting infrastructure and built environment asset owners with their investments to address environment and society impacts.
