Biography

Kristopher Pagán is Mott MacDonald’s practice leader for ports, coastal, and offshore in North America. Based in Delray Beach, Florida, he oversees a team of technical experts responsible for delivering maritime and port engineering projects for clients across the U.S. and Canada.

Kristopher has over 25 years of industry experience, spanning planning, structural design, engineering management, and construction engineering for fuel, energy, cruise, cargo, and public use marine terminals and facilities. Major projects he has worked on include, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT)’s Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel and Parallel Thimble Shoal Tunnel, the National Park Service’s Tidal Basin and West Potomac Park Seawall Replacement, and Broward County’s Port Everglades Bulkhead Replacement Program G1.
