Lucy leads the strategic direction of Mott MacDonald’s environment, nature and consents business across the UK and Europe, shaping how we respond to some of the most pressing environmental and social challenges of our time.
With over 30 years’ experience, she’s a driving force behind our environmental business development in the major infrastructure and built environment sectors. Lucy brings deep insight into the evolving priorities of clients and the market forces shaping their decisions, from climate resilience to the changing planning and consenting landscape to nature recovery.
With our client account leads, she ensures we deliver the right blend of environmental, nature, climate, social and sustainability expertise to meet complex challenges head-on. Lucy also champions a more integrated approach to achieve meaningful outcomes at every level in an organisation: enterprise, programme, and project.
