Biography
Mark is a civil engineer specialising in transport engineering and master planning. He began his career with Mott MacDonald’s UK business in 2009 before relocating to the Middle East in 2016, where he has since played a central role in advancing some of the region’s most ambitious land development and transport initiatives.
Mark shapes the strategic direction of the business and oversees the Middle East Land Development, Transport and Infrastructure team in the delivery of complex, high‑impact projects across the region. Working closely with the region’s leading developers, Mark leads teams that are helping to reshape the Middle East’s urban landscape. His work ensures that development ambitions are realised while aligning with sustainable growth and future‑ready mobility strategies.
Through trusted relationships with authorities and industry partners, he drives efficient delivery aligned with long‑term development goals.
He is committed to advancing resilient, connected, and sustainable communities, creating infrastructure that meets today’s needs while anticipating the demands of tomorrow.
