Biography
Michael Gaunt is Mott MacDonald’s regional chief digital officer for North America, responsible for strengthening our digital capabilities and leading innovative, smart solutions for our clients and their projects.
Having been with Mott MacDonald for over a decade, Michael has held pivotal roles on major infrastructure projects in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. He has led digital delivery on megaprojects, developed digital twin strategies, and managed the growth of Information Management teams. His leadership on projects such as the Ontario Line, High Speed 2, Thames Tideway, and BSVII BART San Jose has set new standards for information management and building information modeling (BIM) implementation.
Michael has consistently pushed boundaries to deliver transformative outcomes. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a 3x Bentley Be Inspired Award winner.
