Pankaj Lalla

Pankaj is senior vice president for the design industry at Mott MacDonald’s South Asia business. He spearheads the growth of engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) projects across India. He is committed to timely and cost-effective project delivery. As part of his role, he optimises resource allocation across various disciplines, including construction management professionals.

Pankaj has more than 30 years of experience. This includes creating roadmaps to drive business growth, enhancing productivity, reducing costs and standardising operations. At Mott MacDonald, he has re-engineered key performance indicators to enhance team performance and quality standards.

His leadership extends to overseeing operations for a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects in west and central India. He champions process improvement initiatives, driving the transition from manual to system-based workflows and effectively addressing cost and progress inefficiencies.
