Biography
Sally is a Chartered Civil Engineer and collaborative leader with a passion for delivering better outcomes across the health sector. She began her career in Mott MacDonald Bentley as a graduate engineer in 2009, working on water infrastructure projects and supporting asset management plan frameworks for UK water companies. In 2021, she moved into Mott MacDonald, bringing her deep technical expertise and advisory experience into a broader leadership role.
Now divisional general manager for health in the UK and Ireland, Sally leads multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. Under her leadership, Mott MacDonald’s health division is expanding its reach and deepening its impact, through NHS commissions, international partnerships, and innovative, people-centred health solutions. The team is ambitious about setting new standards in healthcare design and advisory, always striving to deliver better outcomes for communities.
