Biography
Susannah has over 20 years’ experience delivering complex building projects across defence, healthcare, commercial, retail and leisure sectors. She joined Mott MacDonald in 2018 and is responsible for leading a team of project managers delivering global defence projects, while managing the portfolio’s performance and profitability.
As project delivery lead, Susannah supports defence project managers providing strategic oversight and technical leadership. She has a strong track record of delivering buildings from concept through to construction, maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring high quality outputs.
Her expertise spans estate transformation, programme delivery and multidisciplinary design leadership, with a focus on sustainability, digital delivery and stakeholder engagement.
