Mott MacDonald is looking for a Document Scanner to work in our client's location in Missouri. Responsibilities and minimum requirements for this position are provided below.
Details, Duties, and Qualifications:
- Scanning of utility service and main records, self QC scan for legibility, drag and drop file migration.
- High speed scanner, and laptop will be provided on site.
- All work will be done at the client’s service centers across multiple offices in Missouri. 8 offices in total.
- Candidate may need to transport the scanner between offices after completion. Assistance from a client employee will be requested with a handcart to avoid prolonged lifting.
- Process training will be done remotely on day 1.
- Service centers are up to 60 miles from each other. Mileage costs will be covered.
- Drivers license required
- Candidate must have access to reliable transportation with ability to transport large scanning equipment
- Physically fit enough to lift a box that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
- Project duration is 5-6 weeks.
