  • Assist in preparing specifications, drawings, and reports under guidance from senior engineers
  • Learn to work with systems such as structured cabling, data networks, CCTV, access control, and AV systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Contribute to project documentation and coordination activities
  • Participate in team meetings, site visits, and client workshops
  • Engage in learning and development opportunities through our early careers programme

About you

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional with a qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, or telecommunications
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced professionals
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a team environment and open to feedback
  • Interest in ICT systems and their role in modern buildings and infrastructure

What we offer

  • A supportive, inclusive culture that values wellbeing, growth, and purpose
  • An agile work policy to support work-life balance
  • Competitive salary and enhanced KiwiSaver contributions
  • Structured development through our Early Careers Programme
  • Opportunities to work on high-impact projects that shape the communities we live in
  • Access to global expertise and mentoring from industry leaders
