Job Profile and Description:

Mott MacDonald is currently looking for a Landscape BIM Manager in Dubai, to grow their Landscape Architecture Team for supporting the delivery of projects. 

 
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows for landscape projects.
• Manage and coordinate landscape BIM models across all disciplines (architecture, infrastructure, MEP, structural).
• Lead model federation, clash detection, and BIM coordination meetings.
• Oversee model structure, QA/QC, and ensure compliance with BEP, LOD, and client requirements.
• Produce BIM-driven documentation such as plans, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
• Train and support the landscape team on BIM tools and best practices.
• Interface with clients and BIM consultants and support BIM-related submissions across project stages.
• Implement digital tools and automation (e.g., Dynamo) to improve efficiency.

Candidate Specification:

• A degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or another relevant department from an accredited university.
• Experience in delivering landscape architecture projects for all design stages in BIM.
• Good knowledge of technical landscape design.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication.
• UAE / Middle East project experience.
