Main Job responsibilities include:

 

  • Responsible for the effective planning and scheduling of maintenance activities using SAP Planned Maintenance tools and ensuring comprehensive documentation management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • This role will support change management, validation activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), and maintain accurate project records, including snag lists, meeting minutes (MOM), weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules using SAP Planned Maintenance tools.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules based on equipment availability, resource constraints, and operational priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting key milestones, issues, and actions taken.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including maintenance teams, project managers, and senior management.
  • Provide regular updates on maintenance schedules, documentation status, and project progress.

 

 

The candidate must have:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience
