Requirement Management

  • Support project teams with guidance on RM methodology and tools, especially IBM DOORS.
  • Maintain and monitor the RM database, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Assist scope owners in building requirement specifications and linking them to design and validation.
  • Manage baselines and requirement changes in line with RM/CM processes.
  • Oversee all requirement-related activities from design through to handover.

Configuration Management

  • Develop and maintain the Configuration and Change Management Plan (CMP) in compliance with project standards.
  • Identify configuration items (CIs), establish baselines, and manage change control procedures.
  • Lead the Change Control Board (CCB), overseeing design changes, anomalies, and updates.
  • Ensure full traceability of every change request and its alignment with project baselines.

Candidate specifications

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in requirements and configuration management.
  • Proven track record in railway infrastructure projects across various lifecycle stages.
  • Proficient in IBM DOORS and other RM tools.
  • Deep understanding of configuration control, baseline management, and change impact analysis.
  • Strong grasp of systems engineering and integration principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex requirements.
  • Skilled in technical writing and requirements elicitation.
