The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in driving financial performance, providing commercial insight, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This is not just about reporting numbers, but about partnering with leaders to shape business outcomes.

 

You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating financial information into clear actions, and helping to steer the business towards growth and profitability. The role requires a strong mix of technical finance capability, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate and influence with impact at all levels of a large multinational organisation.

 

Candidate specification: 

 

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role, ideally within a large multinational or complex matrix organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills — able to simplify complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Solid technical grounding in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).

 

Desirable:

  • Experience in project-based or consulting environments (engineering, infrastructure, or professional services).
  • Exposure to driving transformation initiatives such as system implementations, process improvement, or business change.
