Join Us as a Materials and Durability Lead in Victoria!

Following recent major project wins, including the North East Link, we are seeking an experienced Materials and Durability Lead to support the delivery of landmark Australian projects. This is your chance to shape and grow our materials and durability offering within Victoria, across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally, embedding technical excellence at the core of everything we do.

Your Opportunity

As a Materials and Durability Lead, you will provide specialist support to major civil infrastructure projects, offering expert advice to design teams and a range of stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to expand and develop our materials and durability services for both existing and new clients. In this role you will have the opportunity to

• Lead durability design and condition assessments, develop quality design deliverables, and support major civil infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and collaborate within large multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure design teams.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including project delivery authorities, asset owners, and transport agencies.
• Manage or support sustainability initiatives, such as low-carbon concrete and the utilization of recycled and waste materials.

About You

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in major civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in leading materials and durability deliverables.
• Familiarity with typical client and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong internal and external client relationship management skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest advancements in materials science and durability testing techniques.
