We are seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator to provide strong and reliable support to our Sector leadership team based in Adelaide. This is a unique and strategic role that supports our Sector Leadership team locally, while also collaborating with the Asia Pacific New Zealand and Australia (APNA) Prospects and Submissions team to proactively contribute to work winning opportunities and in delivering strong submissions.
As a Senior Bid Coordinator, you will independently lead small to medium bids and play a key role in major pursuits and will have the opportunity to:
- Independently lead small to medium-sized bids, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Play a key role in major pursuits, contributing to strategy, messaging, and coordination
- Own and develop complex submission sections, including methodology, value propositions, and executive summaries
- Drive bid planning activities such as writing plans, review schedules, and compliance tracking
- Provide quality oversight across all submission components to ensure alignment with bid strategy and client expectations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract and shape compelling content
About You
- Proven experience managing end-to-end bid processes across complex, multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
- Stakeholder engagement capabilities, including coordination with sales, legal, finance, and technical team
