Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job
As the Recruitment advisor, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of strategic, business as usual and bid recruitment for your respective location or Sector.
Key deliverables in this role are as follow:
Key Responsibilities/Duties:

Partner with the hiring community to gain a full understanding of the role requirements managing expectation of delivery

Conduct qualitative screening interview with long listed candidates

Work on talent pipeline projects ensuring we have pools of candidates with the required skill sets as per the future projected workload of the unit

Support hiring community with resource and recruitment forecasting to ensure proactive engagement with the recruitment process

Deliver subject matter training to hiring community to ensure culture of best practice and continuous improvement

Act as custodian of Mott MacDonald employer brand ensuring that

Creation of requisitions on our ATS tool ensuring correct routing for approval

Obtain relevant approvals prior to offers being released

Negotiate offers of employment with selected candidates to gain their acceptance

Writing creative job advertisements for use on our various recruitment channels including social media

Update monthly recruitment reports

Deputise for Recruitment manager where required

Candidate Specification

Educated to degree level

Minimum of 4 years’ recruitment experience

Experience of technical recruitment in the energy sector including Power and Oil & Gas

Experience of using regional job boards such as Gulf talent and linked-in recruiter

Proactive search approach using Boolean methodology

Preferably experience in a professional service “in-house” role with strong ability to partner and influence senior stakeholders

Experience of delivering volume recruitment campaigns

Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
