HR Advisor

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and skilled Human Resource Advisor to join us. This role is based in Singapore as part of our HR team and supporting our East Asia Unit (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Indonesia). This role will provide valued support and help to lift our HR offering across our East Asia Unit.

Some key responsibilities include:
  • Provide effective support and knowledge to line managers and employees on employee relations matters including performance management, remuneration reviews, legislative compliance and a range of policies and procedures.
  • Support the employee life cycle across various East Asia offices from onboarding, wellbeing, mobility, salary reviews through to exit procedures.
  • Contribute and ensure that complete and quality data is collected for HR metrics benchmarking including salary data, EDI/diversity management, exit data and turnover statistics.
  • Work closely and coordinate with PeopleX - our overarching administration team in Australia to provide HR administrative support to the business.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with local leaders and key stakeholders, as well as the wider corporate services team.

Candidate Specification

About You:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a HR advisory/generalist/project management role in a consultancy or professional services industry environment.
  • A Business/HR degree with strong people and communication skills.
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, both in person and in writing.
  • A good eye for the details, as well as closing out tasks and projects with focus.
  • A team first approach where you work collaboratively yet autonomously as a self-starter.
  • Strong resilient nature, and an ability to manage multiple priorities, you enjoy new challenges is a dynamic environment.
