Graduate Infrastructure Advisory Consultant
Job Description
Mott MacDonald Singapore is currently recruiting an Infrastructure Advisory Consultant (Graduate) to work in our Advisory Sector. Within this graduate role you will begin to support the provision of strategic and technical advice for infrastructure development and economics to clients and other consultants as part of a project team. You will join a rapidly growing team which covers predominantly the Southeast Asian market, with a strong track record in advising on cities and climate. Our clients include private and public sector organisations across a range of sectors including urban development, transport, built environment, health and education, industry, water, waste, energy, and communications.
In this role you will support programs and projects at the early stages of inception, assisting clients to make far reaching decisions on the scope, business outcomes, and feasibility of emerging infrastructure.

- Provide technical input to business cases in infrastructure developments as part of a project team in risk analysis, commercial structuring, economic appraisals, financial structuring, and procurement roadmaps.
- Collaborate throughout the project development lifecycle to help our clients realise exceptional business and wider community outcomes.
- Support management of multi-disciplinary infrastructure advisory projects.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on relevant topics to support the projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals and business development activities.
- Support the preparation of procurement mechanisms for infrastructure projects involving private sector participation.
- Support financial/economic appraisals and viability analysis.
- Support the formulation of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks.
- Support institutional capacity development and roadmaps.
Candidate Specification
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline related to infrastructure/project financing, economics, development, or related disciplines.
- Self-motivated, analytical with a learning mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
- Excellent written communication with great attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
- A digital aptitude, strong learning mindset and interest to commit to driving social and sustainable outcomes in all that we do.
- Collaborative, open, and constructive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player who is enthusiastic, driven and committed.
