Mott MacDonald has appointed Yoanna Moguel as principal asset management consultant, a new role expanding the company’s transport asset management capabilities.
Yoanna is an experienced asset management consultant with specialisms in asset management advisory, risk management, lifecycle modelling and analytic-driven performance improvements. A qualified physicist and engineer with a PhD, Yoanna brings a rich history of experience to the role having delivered a wide range of asset management projects in the UK and overseas across light and heavy rail, utilities and aviation.
Yoanna has recently contributed to nationally significant projects across the UK at Heathrow Airport, the Transport for Greater Manchester Metrolink and in rail projects for Wales and Borders franchise and Network Rail.
Commenting on her appointment, Yoanna said: “Technological advances, changing customer expectations and growing concern for more sustainable services are driving the transport industry to become smarter, cleaner and safer. To address this, we must improve the current approaches to infrastructure asset management strategy and planning.
