Biography
Aaron Gerber is the highways market leader at Mott MacDonald. He’s a nationally recognized expert in transportation asset management, pavement engineering, highway maintenance and operations, and infrastructure performance optimization. With over two decades of experience serving state and local transportation agencies and highway tolling authorities, he specializes in helping clients make data-driven investment decisions that improve network performance, extend asset life, and maximize the value of infrastructure funding.
Throughout his career, Aaron has led the development and implementation of infrastructure asset management programs for transportation agencies nationwide. His work helps agencies improve long-term planning, optimize maintenance and rehabilitation investments, and align infrastructure decisions with performance goals and federal requirements.
In addition to his leadership at Mott MacDonald, Aaron serves on the Transportation Research Board’s Standing Committee on Pavement Asset Management and contributes to advancing industry best practices through research, training, and knowledge sharing. His focus is helping transportation owners build resilient, sustainable highway networks that better serve communities today and into the future.
