Ben Moo

Shaping complex building projects across diverse markets, Ben Moo brings a global perspective to the delivery of major developments in Asia. As our buildings leader for Asia, based in Singapore, he leads multidisciplinary teams, working at the intersection of market strategy, delivery execution and long-term client partnerships.

Ben works across key global buildings sub-markets, including aviation, data centres, health and life sciences, major events and venues, and metro stations. His experience spans Asia, Australia, the Middle East and the United States, leading multidisciplinary teams on complex, city-shaping developments and infrastructure programmes. He also leads our growing data centres market across the region.

A mechanical engineer with an MBA, Ben combines technical expertise with commercial and strategic leadership in all projects he undertakes. His experience includes Changi Airport Group’s Terminal 5, Hyperscaler campuses and data centres around Asia, as well as major entertainment and venue projects across the Middle East and Asia.

Passionate about enabling economic growth, resilience and long-term value, Ben works closely with governments, developers and institutional clients to deliver transformative infrastructure outcomes. He is also focused on strengthening regional capability, developing future leaders and advancing new productive approaches to the delivery of complex programmes at scale.
