Biography

Dan Jacobs has more than 20 years’ experience helping governments, organisations and investors tackle some of the most complex waste management challenges in the UK and around the world. A chartered waste manager and active member of the International Solid Waste Association, he has huge technical expertise in waste policy, treatment infrastructure and public-private partnerships, as well as a specialism in healthcare waste management.

Dan has worked on critical projects ranging from a national healthcare waste Covid-19 response in the UK to international waste strategies and guidance for major global organisations. His work helps protect public health, reduce environmental risks and ensure vital services can operate safely, efficiently and sustainably.

Passionate about delivering practical solutions to complex challenges, Dan works with clients across the public and private sectors to develop resilient waste systems that safeguard communities, support the transition to a circular economy and create lasting environmental benefit.
