Originally from the UK, Emily brings a strong foundation in leadership and strategic communications, having held senior roles in both public and private sector organisations. She is known for her focus on clarity and insight, working collaboratively to shape proposals that are distinctive, cohesive and grounded in real client value.

Emily is passionate about building high-performing, people-first teams. She believes that successful outcomes come from empowering people to play to their strengths and aligning insight, strategy and storytelling to create compelling submissions.
