Biography

Joshua Ogier is Mott MacDonald's infrastructure advisory leader for North America, responsible for helping public and private sector clients navigate complex procurement, commercial, and project delivery challenges.

Joshua advises clients throughout the full project lifecycle, from business case development and market engagement through procurement, contract award, and commercial close. His experience spans traditional delivery models, including design-bid-build and design-build, as well as collaborative and alternative approaches such as public-private partnerships (P3s), progressive design-build, construction manager/general contractor (CMGC), and alliance contracting.

Throughout his career, Joshua has supported governments, agencies, owners, investors, and delivery organizations in unlocking value through innovative procurement and delivery strategies that deliver successful infrastructure outcomes for clients and communities alike.
