Matthew Hinton

Transport leader, New Zealand
New Zealand
Congestion on our transport networks can be viewed as a sign of failure, however I see it as an opportunity for change. It gives us the opportunity to better manage demand through initiatives such as network optimisation and charging, while behaviour change drives growth in public transport and active modes.
