Biography
Mike joined Mott MacDonald in 2011 and has years of experience in technical consultancy, project management and business development. As a portfolio market lead, he works across the defence sector to help clients deliver technically robust, sustainable solutions that comply to complex standards and regulatory challenges.
A chartered geologist and NEC4: ECC accredited project manager, Mike worked on a wide range of projects before moving into project management and the delivery lead role for the F-35 Beddown Programme at RAF Lakenheath. He is passionate about applying technical insight to real-world problems and supporting clients to make informed, confident decisions.
Mike is known for his collaborative approach and ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes.
