Biography
With over two decades of experience in India and the US, Mridula leads the water and wastewater treatment practice. She holds a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Akron and is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey.
Mridula has delivered a wide range of water and wastewater projects, including advanced treatment, reuse and hazardous waste management. She has built and mentored multidisciplinary teams, driving high-value project delivery across global markets.
Since joining Mott MacDonald’s global delivery services in India in 2021, she has led technical delivery on major design-build projects, strengthened client relationships and championed efficiency, safety and decarbonisation.
