Biography
Randy Davis is Mott MacDonald’s energy market leader for North America. In his role, he leads business growth across the energy sector, partnering with teams throughout the region to bring the best of our capabilities to our clients.
A results-oriented business development and market leader, Randy has more than 20 years of experience establishing and advancing organizations in new markets and accelerating sales through focused go-to-market strategy, account management, and cross-organization collaboration. His experience spans oil and gas, renewables, utilities, and emerging power-demand sectors, including data centers.
Before joining Mott MacDonald, Randy held senior business development and market leadership roles where he successfully built and scaled an oil and gas market program and supported regional growth. Earlier in his career, he led environmental compliance for a multi-state natural gas liquids pipeline system and managed professional environmental services programs for midstream clients.
