Biography

Suzanne is committed to improving lives through rail. Over the past two years she has lead Mott MacDonald’s Rail Transport Authority (RTA) rail portfolio, overseeing the delivery of approximately £20 million annually across a diverse range of government-funded rail projects. She has ensured strategic account growth and plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between Mott MacDonald and RTA clients, including Network Rail, Transport for London, HS2 and local authorities.

Suzanne has recently taken on the role of interim divisional general manager for the wider rail business in the UK and Europe, using her wide circle of influence and considerable experience to drive forward national and international rail projects. She is also a member of the Liverpool-Manchester Railway Partnership Board, an industry-leading advisory body, contributing to the development of the North of England Corridor through strategic guidance and regional engagement.

With more than three decades of experience working on complex rail projects in the UK, including becoming the first female long-term planner on the West Coast Main Line, Suzanne is a key figure in UK rail infrastructure.
