About the Business Unit :   

 

Global Delivery Services Centre (GDSC) is a high-impact business unit within Mott MacDonald, dedicated to enhancing project delivery across our global operations.    

 

As part of GDSC, you’ll join a team that champions excellence in both technical and digital disciplines, supporting projects at every stage of the lifecycle—from concept to completion. We work to international design standards and regulations, ensuring our contributions meet the highest benchmarks of quality and innovation.

As part of GDSC in India, you will be working alongside Mott MacDonald international colleagues delivering ambitious projects across a broad range of building types including commercial, residential, retail and offices, education, healthcare, airports, data center,  hotels, sports and events venues, and Metro & stations. Under this sector, our services span the whole asset cycle from advisory to consulting, through design and delivery, to asset management. With deep understanding of all phases of the building lifecycle, it enables us to give our clients the best-informed engineering and innovative solutions.   

 

Key Deliverables: 

 

  • Develop and analyse building energy models using IESVE and EDSL TAS for residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use projects across the UK and Middle East. 

  • Perform Dynamic Thermal Simulation (DTS) studies to assess energy use, thermal comfort, and design performance throughout project stages. 

  • Conduct overheating and thermal comfort assessments in line with CIBSE TM52, TM59, and Middle Eastern standards, recommending mitigation measures. 

  • Carry out energy modelling, HVAC load calculations, and passive design analysis to support high-performance, low-energy buildings. 

  • Deliver daylight, solar, and façade studies, including CBDM, Daylight Factor, Shadow, and Solar Gain assessments. 

  • Prepare SAP 10 calculations, EPCs, BRUKL reports, and Part L compliance assessments using Elmhurst Energy software. 

  • Provide design-stage recommendations to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, carbon reduction, and occupant comfort. 

  • Support BREEAM, LEED, Estidama, Mostadam, and GSAS certification through energy modelling and performance assessments. 

  •  Assess renewable and low-carbon technologies to support net-zero and whole-building performance strategies. 

  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and sustainability teams to deliver technical reports and building performance solutions. 

 
 

Candidate Specification: -   

 

Professional Experience : 

  • Minimum 4 years of continuous experience in delivering landscape architecture projects for all design stages 

 

Essential Skills & Software : 
•    5+ years’ experience in related fields 
•    Strong presentation and communication skills 
•    Familiar with global commitments and certification bodies in Carbon and Net Zero 
•    Adaptable, with a methodical and problem-solving mind 
•    Have a keen interest and enthusiasm for sustainability. 
•    Show willingness and advocate in digital transformation. 
•    Be proactive and motivated personality to self-improve. 
•    Good time management and multi-tasking skills 
•    Be open to new ideas and innovation. 
•    Experience in CFD Software like (ANSYS & OPENFORM)  
•    Energy performance documentation and facilitation with teams 
•    Handle independently on sustainability projects (International) 
•    Proficient in Microsoft software. 

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in architectural or engineering related fields
