We work across major infrastructure, transportation, energy, defence, water, cities and government sectors, helping clients answer critical questions such as:

  • How do we improve our data and information management capability, our decision-making, share knowledge and lessons learned, and optimise our delivery?
  • How do we maximise value from our information, data and knowledge, through technology, digital twins and smart cities technology and AI?
  • How do we transform our operating model, implement digital change and new ways of working, whilst realising measurable benefits?

Our team combines expertise spanning digital strategy, information management, business analysis, enterprise architecture, data and analytics, digital delivery, and change management and supports clients in AI and emerging technologies readiness.

Overview of the role

As a Digital Consultant, you will help clients solve complex business and digital challenges by shaping strategy, defining requirements and delivering transformational change. Working across digital, data, information and technology domains, you will support clients to understand their needs, develop target operating models and governance frameworks, design and validate solutions, and prepare organisations for successful adoption and implementation.

This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and support decision-making at all levels. You will work as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, while also contributing to business development, thought leadership, capability growth and work-winning activities.

We are seeking consultants who combine strategic thinking with practical delivery experience, are comfortable operating in complex environments, and bring a blend of consulting, analysis, digital and transformation expertise, underpinned by strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, understanding organisational objectives, challenges and opportunities to shape tailored digital solutions
  • Develop digital strategies, operating models and implementation roadmaps that enable clients to achieve business objectives and deliver value

  • Help design and support the implementation of digital, information and data capabilities that improve organisational performance, decision-making and delivery outcomes
  • Define requirements, governance approaches and information needs that support effective decision-making, digital delivery and business objectives
  • Analyse, optimise and design business processes that support enterprise architecture, systems integration and effective information flow
  • Manage stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, interviews and discovery sessions, to capture requirements and identify opportunities
  • Support adoption and communication planning

Consultants are not expected to be specialists across all areas of digital consulting.
