Senior People Advisor
Your Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and team-oriented Senior People Advisor to join our People Team in Sydney. In this key role, you’ll help shape the employee experience and support leaders to achieve high performance across our Australian offices. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with leadership teams nationwide to deliver impactful people strategies that fit global, regional, and local goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside leadership teams to roll out strategic people projects and handle daily activities like graduate hiring, talent growth, data analysis, management training, and talent movement.
- Offer expert advice on employee relations, performance management, pay, and compliance issues, while also coaching and mentoring the People Advisory team members.
- Foster cooperation across all People Functions (Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility) and lead programs to improve onboarding, mobility, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Help execute Australian Unit Business Plan goals and contribute to workforce analytics, keeping dashboards up to date with important people data.
- Collaborate with HR teams globally to enhance every aspect of the employee lifecycle.
- Manage wellbeing and inclusion efforts, proactively leading and evaluating diversity initiatives.
About You
- Extensive HR advisory experience in complex or large organisations.
- Experience in running ER and IR processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver people initiatives across the employee lifecycle, collaborating with the local people team for measurable and impactful results.
- Collaborative leadership style, experienced in coordinating across HR functions and contributing to operational excellence.
