Your Opportunity 

 

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Project Managers who have a proven track record delivering infrastructure, asset, facilities, transport, aviation, or capital works projects within complex stakeholder environments.This opportunity is ideal for professionals who bring strong project delivery and contract administration capability, with experience working alongside clients such as Melbourne Airport, major transport operators, state government departments, and statutory authorities. We are particularly interested in those with established relationships and networks across airports, transport authorities and private operators, and other government agencies.You will play a key role in developing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading the successful delivery of projects while contributing to the continued growth of our business across Victoria.

 

  • Lead the delivery of infrastructure, transport, aviation, and capital works projects through planning, design, procurement, delivery, and close-out phases.
  • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and delivery partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Provide project management and contract administration services across the full project lifecycle.
  • Administer contracts, including variations, claims, extensions of time, progress claims, and commercial correspondence.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement, governance, and decision-making processes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while driving successful outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance, reporting, financials, and commercial outcomes.
  • Support technical reviews, quality assurance, procurement, and compliance activities.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and identify new project opportunities through existing industry networks.

 

About You 

 

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years' experience delivering infrastructure, transport, aviation, facilities, or capital works projects.
  • Established networks and stakeholder relationships across airports, transport agencies, government departments, local councils, utilities, or related sectors.
  • Proven project management experience delivering projects in complex operational and stakeholder environments.
  • Strong contract administration experience, including management of variations, claims, contractual correspondence, procurement, and commercial risk.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial, contractual, governance, and risk management capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and contribute to business growth and project opportunities.
