Adam Gamble is a chartered civil engineer who has built his career at Mott MacDonald, with a clear focus on improving outcomes in the water sector. Since 2013, he has delivered water and wastewater solutions that promote resilience, environmental protection and improved quality of life across the Middle East and the UK.

Adam’s experience spans major national infrastructure programmes, sustainability driven water and wastewater systems and high-profile urban development initiatives. He has overseen the integration of digital engineering, advanced modelling and data-driven asset management to enhance performance and accelerate delivery. His work includes nature-based solutions and large-scale transmission systems. It also includes complex civil and MEICA design – mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation. Adam’s work is often delivered under challenging regulatory, environmental and stakeholder conditions.
