Aine is director for defence within Mott MacDonald’s buildings business, responsible for driving the development and sustainable growth of the buildings defence portfolio.
A chartered engineering geologist with over 25 years’ experience, she brings deep technical expertise and a strong track record in multidisciplinary project delivery.
Since joining Mott MacDonald in 2011, Aine has held a range of senior leadership roles. Most recently development director for the buildings business, Aine led the development of the UK and Europe buildings portfolio across healthcare, defence communities and commercial markets.
Now as defence director for buildings, Aine combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, with a focus on performance, client relationships and ensuring the delivering of high quality, resilient outcomes that support sustainable growth.
