Biography
As water leader in New Zealand, Dominic Hollewand brings a strong focus on how infrastructure organisations plan, fund and deliver long-term investment. His work centres on aligning strategy with delivery so that complex programmes remain both effective and adaptable over time.
Dominic draws on more than 25 years’ experience across consulting and infrastructure management, with a background that spans control systems, utility operations and major capital programmes. He spent over a decade leading operational control systems for a large water utility before moving into roles overseeing significant investment portfolios and commercial functions.
Much of his work focuses on strengthening delivery capability within organisations, supporting teams to navigate procurement, manage risk and refine programme structures, and provide advice on control system upgrades. He is also a strong advocate for health, safety and wellbeing, recognising that successful project delivery depends on creating environments where people can perform their best. This combination of operational insight and commercial understanding enables clients to make confident decisions in environments where performance, cost and long-term resilience must be carefully balanced.
