Biography
With more than 20 years’ experience shaping complex infrastructure, Graham Babcock leads the delivery of buildings that respond to evolving demands for performance, sustainability and adaptability. As buildings leader for Australia, he combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise in structural engineering and design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA).
Graham’s career spans major multidisciplinary projects across aviation, venues, transport, and defence, delivering places that serve communities for generations. Graham has led major buildings projects in Australia including the iconic Sydney Fish Markets and the transformative Eastern Expansion Program at Sydney Airport.
He is known for driving innovation across modular construction and bringing a collaborative approach to leadership, focusing on integrating design, supply chains and delivery teams to create safe, efficient and resilient outcomes that meet the needs of clients and communities.
