Hannah Lewis-Jones

Hannah leads healthcare infrastructure strategy and client engagement across the UK, working with clients and partners to improve outcomes for patients, staff and communities. With over 20 years’ experience in the built environment, she brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, bid leadership, client engagement and public‑sector frameworks, most recently focused within healthcare.

Since joining Mott MacDonald in 2023, Hannah has worked with NHS trusts and wider system partners to shape resilient, inclusive and future‑ready estates. By championing digital tools, modern methods of construction (MMC) and interdisciplinary partnerships, she supports healthcare organisations to deliver long‑term value.

Hannah is a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion in the workplace, having served as chair of Women in Property South Wales and mentoring professionals across the built environment. Her leadership was recognised with the 2025 European Women in Construction & Engineering Business Development Award.
