Biography
Hari Kusharwanto leads our operations in Indonesia, guiding the delivery of complex infrastructure and energy programmes that shape how cities and industries function and grow. As country manager, he provides strategic oversight and governance, supporting multidisciplinary teams to deliver with confidence in fast-moving, highly regulated environments.
With more than three decades of experience, Hari has taken major projects from early planning through to implementation, advising government and private sector clients at national, provincial and city levels. His portfolio spans transport, energy, mining and urban infrastructure, including leadership roles on Jakarta’s light rail transit programme and integrated transport initiatives in Bandung and Surabaya. He brings a strong background in civil engineering and project management, shaped by international experience in Indonesia, Australia and the Middle East.
Hari is known for building high-performing, multicultural teams and for navigating complex stakeholder landscapes to unlock project progress. His approach combines technical insight with pragmatic decision-making, helping clients move from ambition to delivery while balancing risk, performance and long-term value.
